WHat the hell?

Helloo, This morning I woke up around 6am and went back to sleep, I started having a dream ( not lucid) but woke up half way through to find I had sleep paralysis so I thought " hey, i'll use this to lucid dream" so I closed my eyes and relaxed then * BANG* everything goes quiet and all I can hear is a massive road that sounds like a bomb going off and my body starts shaking very rapidly- No images appered when I closed my eyes expect a lot of flashing lights ( I didn't concentrate on it though) I managed to stay relaxed but I found that i'm just awake then:S I've been trying for a couple of weeks now... Am I nearly there? And what shall I do next time this happens?

Ignore them more than anything. they'll pass. and you should then fall into a WILD.
