I had an experience like that once, where I woke up and saw something dark in my room. I can think of three friends who have had similar experiences, while awake (having just woken up, admittedly). I personally don't believe it was hallucinatory, but this isn't the R/S forum, so I'll just say I hope you have sweet dreams from here on out. |

Short-term goal: Recall three full dreams a night for a full week.
Long-term goal: Have three LDs per week for one month.
Longer-term goal: Have one six-hour LD every night! (Shooting too high? We'll see.)
Waking life goal: Round up some NPSG equipment to study my own sleep patterns.
