      Problem?

      Hello guys...what's up.

I'm having some serious problems here! I hardly have any dreams (that i can remember) at all. There are probably about 2-3 A YEAR that I can remember.

What can i do to help this?

Just make a conscious effort to remember your dreams. Honestly, I was once like this, and now I remember 1+ dreams per night.

Keep a dream journal, perform reality checks, keep lucid dreaming on your mind by reading lucid dreaming books (I recommend "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreams") and visiting this forum regulary

well i was in a dream this morning....and then i thought, 'this is a dream', and that second i started to wake up, so i tried the 'spinning', but that didn't help.

i can't remember anything about it though.

This subject has come up before ALOT, and the site offers you enough information on how to improve recall.

start a journal. as soon as you wake up, lay still and try to remember what you were just dreaming. if you don't get any images, think about how you felt when you woke up. happy, sad, frustrated, whatever. once you get that, a part of the dream might come to you. if not, just keep thinking. what are some places you often go that may have been in the dream? what has been on your mind lately? what is something you love, or dread, that has really occupied the majority of your thoughts? (that is almost always what dreams consist of.) chances are, you will get something. if for some reason you don't, then try again later. soon you will be writing down whole dreams, and eventually, several at a time. good luck...

I suggest you set your alarm for about 4-5 hours after you fall asleep, then stay up for 30 minutes, After that place your alarm every 90 minutes(the end of each REM cycle). That should help you have a fresh memory of the dreams you just had. Using that then I suggest you take Paperdoll's advice and use a journal...

But that's more than I can allow...

      am i too late?

I know I'm a little late, but maybe someone will still read this.
I'm a noob and have only had about 2 lucid dreams that I can remember.

Anyway, about a week and a half ago I couldn't remember any dreams that happened. I started keeping a dream journal, and now I remember atleast 2 dreams per night. (Last night I had 7 dreams that I can remember, including one lucid dream)
