Hello guys...what's up. |

Just make a conscious effort to remember your dreams. Honestly, I was once like this, and now I remember 1+ dreams per night. |

well i was in a dream this morning....and then i thought, 'this is a dream', and that second i started to wake up, so i tried the 'spinning', but that didn't help. |

This subject has come up before ALOT, and the site offers you enough information on how to improve recall. |

I suggest you set your alarm for about 4-5 hours after you fall asleep, then stay up for 30 minutes, After that place your alarm every 90 minutes(the end of each REM cycle). That should help you have a fresh memory of the dreams you just had. Using that then I suggest you take Paperdoll's advice and use a journal... |

Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
I know I'm a little late, but maybe someone will still read this. |
