First up, well done on the lucid dreams.

Gaining lucidity can be a humbling feeling indeed, though it need not be. I find upon gaining lucidity that it helps to take some time out and assess the situation, remind myself that everything around me was is of my own creation and nothing can harm me because it's only a dream. With any luck, if you try that you'll be able to get past the feeling of being powerless and move on to confidently controling your dreams.

Well, congratulations on all the lucid dreams, you seem to be doing well so far. Its unfortunate that it was a lucid nightmare, i think that when you next enter a lucid dream try to be confident and positive, feel yourself full of power, you are in control, when you are in control make sure that nothing bad can happen, reasure yourself that nothing bad can happen, you are doing fine so far, try not to let this nightmare bother you too much, hey, you forced yourself awake which is pretty cool also! If you want to talk about anything feel free to send me a PM

I wanted to put my light on just reading that (thats one scary ld). I had some pretty scary lucid dreams and for some reason it does make you feel weak, (well me anyway) like you have no control over it. Just remember it's your dream, you are god!

Thats what i am gonna tell myself next time a lucid dream gets scary.
