      Glad to be here!

Hello, I'm glad I found a good dream forum to discuss dreams in. I have some strange dreams and have been desperately trying to have a lucid dream, I have excellent dream recall and have tried a thing called "I-Doser" but nothing. When I say I'm dsperate...I mean i'm ]DESPERATE I have a great imagination and I hear lucid dreaming is a great way to relieve stress.

So I hope to discuss some of my dreams here and I'm glad to be here!

to Dreamviews! A word of advice on the LDs, don't try so hard. Even take a week or so break from trying. Trying too hard can be counterproductive. You said you have excellent recall, so identifying dream signs should be easy for you... have you tried that?

      Hey, welcome.

Try not to put too much pressure on yourself with the desperate thing. There's a fine balance between trying and trying too hard.

Other than that, enjoy your stay

I feel kind of bad that no one replied to you. But I would like to be one of the first to welcome you here.

Lucid dreaming isn't really hard at all. Try this go to bed. When you wake up and feel really groggy go back to bed. When you do day dream that your having a lucid dream.

Sometimes when you do this you actually force yourself into a dream and you will have one.

What do you mean, no one replied? 90 minutes isn't that bad. But yeah, it's usually faster. Don't worry miniman, it doesn't mean you're less special . We still love you

Hey there, welcome to the forum!

IDoser does seem interesting, though personaly, having ried it, I'd say it's all down to the placebo effect there. Still, if you find it works for you then brilliant.

As for being desperate, they'll come, so don't worry about that. And as you said, lucid dreaming can be a great way to relieve stress. For example you can get things 'out your system' by saying or doing things to poeple you never could in real life, or conversely, you could use your lucid dreams to sit back and relax. The possibilities are near endless.

      Good luck.
