      do you have to!? :(

      hey
      ive read about WILDs and attempted them, but i just cant seem to be able to get comfortable laying on my back, and thats what it sasys to do
      Do you have to lay on your back to do a wild
      has anyone done it while not laying on their back?
      i can only sleep when i sleep to my right

      No, you do not have to do it laying on your back. That seems to be the best for some people. I, like you, cannot sleep on my back so I often try to WILD that way but end up having to break the "groove" and roll over to one side.

      Yes, it's still possible, but paralyisis seems to happen more for some people when they lie on their back. It's way to uncomfortable for me. Every person is different... it's definitely not a requirment.

      WILD only means getting from waking to dream state. You can do it however you want. Sitting down, laying down, standing up...
