      Introduction!


      OK first of all hello to anybody who can be bovered to read noob posts, and since i dont suppose there is many of you who do want to sit through an introduction post about a thousand words of how i found this site, what my name is, what time i take a dump i am gonna be blunt.
      When i was young i always had the ability to become lucid and i thought i was the only one, but i lost it some time round start of the new millenium, anyway i want to achieve it again so i am gonna start a dream journal tonight and see what happens.
      Thanks to anyone who read and anyone who can give advice will be appreciated.

      It's good that you're starting a dream journal, that's an indesposable tool for lucid dreaming right there. How good is your dream recall at the moment?

      Hey there King Chaos And welcome to the forum.

      I'm happy that you already have had some experience with lucid dreaming previously and i'm sure that after being here long enough you will be back to where you once were, you can learn so much here and the fact that your already keeping a dream journal shows that you are on your way back to lucid dreaming again Check out the tutorials section of the forum because you will find a large selection of techniques you can try out to induce a lucid dream, from the MILD technique to the WILD technique, there are loads to try out!
