keeping up on the dream journal

i was wondering if at a certain time i can fall back off dream journals. i must have like 30 dreams in it. and every time i apply myself to remembering my dreams i succeed. so can i?

A dream journal isn't nessesary for some people. If you've got good recall without having to keep a journal than I'd say go for it.

You're lucky compared to me. I'm jealous.

it took me about a month to get to the state where i remember 3-4 dreams and 1-2 long dreams a week. a lucid dream is still elusive though

U don't have to keep a dream journal, but for me, it really does help.
