      Hi (my intro)

Hi im A. Diver and Im a scuba diver

... well i guess i will tell you why im here.

well a little over a year ago i was bored. So i looked up stuff about dream control, so even if i was ever bored in the day, i would be able to have fun at night. while looking up dream control, i found stuff on lucid dreaming. It fasinated me. The ability to recognize that you are dreaming, and have it real as real life! i could do anything i wanted! all it would take was a little work.Well I didnt think that i would be able to do it, so i forgot about it and decided it wasnt for me. A month later i experienced my first lucid dream. It was amazing. I flew, and explored and had tons of fun. It was so fun, i decided that lucid dreaming really was my thing. So over the next 6-7 months i researched into it, I learned about all the techniques, dream recall and the sort. I worked hard and had many lucid dreams. I had DILDs MILDs to start, but i ended up learning how to WILD too I ended up having like, 50 somthin lucid dreams.

But then for some reason, I lost them. My DILDs slowly faded away, I hadent been able to MILD for a long time, and I even started to lose my ability to WILD as well. Soon I started to not even remember my dreams. Life became busy again, and I didnt have time to practice lucid dreaming.

But My life has become boring again. I miss going into space, flying, playing with the elements, and hitting people with sticks lol. I want my lucid dreams back!

Ive come to dreamviews for help now and hopefully i will get them back

well thats my intro. sorry its long

Well hey there A.Diver and to the forum!

The first thing i want to say is that you should not neglect your waking life, by the sounds of things you do value your lucid dreams alot, you only live once, your waking life is just as important as dreaming, the best way for you to get back into it in my opinion is if you start to enjoy your waking life a bit more, by the sound of things you refer to your lucid dreams as almost an an escape from reality. So, try to improve your waking life, try to make yourself happy, be happy and be positive, enjoy your life. Once you have made yourself happy i am sure that you will have some more lucid dreams. Remember that stress kills lucid dreams alot of the time.

If you want to talk about this and go into detail over the problems you've been having please don't hesitate to send me a PM or ask here.

Well yeah, i am rather obbsessed with LDing, but I wouldnt go as saying i try to escape reality with them. I am a happy person in waking life. I have a good family, a good job, and good friends. But I am also an adventureous person. I scuba dive, cliff jump, rock climb, and other things like that. I havent done anything like that for a long time though and we are trying to move right now so that is just causing alot of stress. LDs are a way to let all that energy out. And of course, to have a little fun.

Heyyy! I've never hit anyone with a stick, but I have used a giant rubber band. Welcome to the forum, and I just wanna say that when you get less stressed your lucid will come back. I've had a stressful two weeks with my first week of high school, so my recall has gone way down, but now it's picking up again. Good luck and again, Welcome!
