might had my first LD? :o

Hey all=) I joined the forum a few weeks ago and have writted down a few dreams in my journal=) remembering more and more for each night =)

anyways, I use to have my alarm on 2-4 times a night to wake up and see if I remember any of my dreams and very often I just fall asleep again but I remember some of my dreams .. just that I dont have enough energy to sit up and write them down^^, but this morning after I woke up.. I tried to focus my mind on what I have dreamt about and then I fall asleep again .. and this is where I think I might had a lucid dream! I remember beeing near the road.. and suddently I was all naked and I started runnin to a supermarked .. and all of a sudden I think I understood that this didnt happen for real (it was a dream) I was then dressed and bycycling to the store.. I stole alot of stuff and knew that the people working there could't see me.. it was really fun;P

and in the same store there was a few of my friends all of a sudden trying to complete "the coke mystery" not sure what that is tho.. but anyway.. I think I might "lost" lucidy there and kept dreaming on ? becouse that is all I remember.. and it might not have been THAT intresting but if it was a lucid dream I am so excited and can't wait for my next =D the reason i "lost" lucidy might be coz my dream recall is not that great yet =)

/kisses and hugs for everyone!=) im really happy

Edit: ! btw I remember looking at my hands (the reality check) and count my fingers in the dream but that was all normal, but then I tried blocking my nose, but I could still breath thru it=)

      Hey Woho!

That was definately a lucid dream you had, always remember that a lucid dream is a dream in which you become aware that you are in the dream state whilst still dreaming. You were successful and i'm happy you did so well, you've not been here long and you've already had your first lucid dream Congratulations mate

I'm sure you will find plenty to do in your lucid dreams, theres so much to do and explore when getting into lucid dreaming, it looks like you've found something that is giving you success though so i think you should keep at it and see where it takes you, best of luck mate

Sounds like that was a lucid dream alright. Well done!

I shouldn't think you lost lucidity due to your recall, it's just something that happens to the best of us. A god idea is to remind yourself you're dreaming a lot while lucid, keep the lucidity going longer.

Hey there Woho, congrats on that lucid!
There is no real-life, there is only AFK.

Hey Woho, congrats on the LD you had. Just a quick thought. Maybe you and others to perhaps should invest in a tiny voice recorder so when you wake up you could quickly record some key symbols from your dream and a couple thoughts about it quickly before returning to sleep. Many cell phones can even do this now I think. Try it. Maybe it'll help. It's certainly better then turnng on the light and writing stuff down uh?
