Probably the most basic offering I have for you is to remember to remain calm and treat control and dream actions as if it's completely natural. You need not try too hard for control. You just do it and cast all doubt aside. Remember that anything is possible within a dream and let that reassurance translate into greater control.

Some people wake up because they struggle to focus, often because of doubts or lack of confidence. Forcing it is counter-productive. Becoming too emotionally involved works against you as well. Remain calm if possible.

I don't know if I helped at all but those are some general things to keep in mind.

And finally, welcome to the forum.

      Hello there

I don't understand you question. You could try looking at some stable object such as a rock or a table or your hands... to stabilize the dream and stop yourself from waking up.

Also, please take note that grammar is very much encouraged on this forum. I couldn't make out half of what you said. Also although I am usually quite friendly (although not the friendliest), there was no need to PM me a copy of this.

      Hi, welcome to the forum.

People find a good way to stay lucid is by rubbing their hands together and keeping a calm, stable mind. When you try to control a dream, remind yoursalf calmly that it's a dream and that it's just a normal thing that can happen in a dream. I find this helps.

Like IdentityX said, better grammar would be appreciated! No offense of course, but your post was very hard to read and more people will respond to you if they can easily understand your post.
From what I can understand, you wake up shortly after becoming lucid? Alex D posted the best ways to fix this. I also find that taking a good look around the dreamscape, finding out where I am (if the dream takes place in a location I'm familiar with), and seeing who's around me, and telling myself that all of this is a dream, really helps. It's the first thing I do when I become lucid.

Hello this is the NewBie Again

I would just like to thankyou all for your help. i have been working on my dreams and the information you wrote on the fourm as a replie will help alot. for the past couple of weeks i have had a couple of lucid dreams some from my dog and one that was very good i was a dealer on this street only dealing weed and the street seemed their was only a few blocks i could walk and then i was put back into the same spot and for controlling the dream. well i was mentaly imblanced and that means that i was me but i was a different person. it is very confusing i was the person controlling the dream the person who was selling the weed the dealer. but i was also 2 other people the 1st 1 was me wanting to controll the dream and another me keeping me in the same spot. this has happened before and it was very difficult to wake up because of that person that was me keeping me there pulling me back in. is there any advice for this..

      P.S

sorry for the grammer and the private message X. i have never been very good at spellings or the way i put my words into sentence's i hope it is better.
