Im great thanks, glad to see you are all good

anyway, I've had many a lucid dream, but they've only happened randomly, so my train of though usually is "I wonder if I'll have 'those' dreams again", hoping that i do.

And last night I did, and it was great, it was originally meant to be a nightmare, but my attitude turned it into something better, I wanted to know what it all meant and what it was called, and it seems I've stumbled into the right place, I want to learn how to control and learn to do these dreams more regularly, (and not go to sleep for 24 hours a day just to have these dreams), so I actually look forward for going to bed :p

my sleeping pattern usually is 11pm until 8am.

Hey I have about the same pattern as you, and with this have come up with a way to pretty much become lucid every night, well it has worked for me anyways, there is a link in my signature, take a look if you get the time

If you have any questions, just ask
