I honestly don't think that dreams have any specific "meaning" or "message". They are mostly just a reflection of what you have recently done and witnessed. Say there's this girl you like and you've been fixated on her all week, chances are you'll dream about her. Or if you just went on a trip (or are anticipating to go on one), chances are you'll dream about that. You probably just had a lot of violent stimuli recently that ingrained itself into your subconscious, thus into your dreams.

I think your just afraid of getting murdered in a brutal way. Isnt everyone? That's why we all have these scary dreams once in a while.
