      Quick tips for dream recall:

      1. Use a journal. Write down everything, even if all you remember is a feeling.

      2. Repeat to yourself before you go to bed, and during the day, "I will remember my dreams."

      3. After waking, do not move. Just ask yourself "What was I dreaming about?"

      4. Make sure you get as much sleep as possible. 8 hours preferably. The more you sleep, the more you dream. It is very hard to have quality dreams with a broken sleep cycle.

      5. I find it easier to remember dreams if I wake up between them. Set your alarm about 90 minutes early. Wake up, turn it off, then go back to bed.

      6. People have a far easier time remembering dreams during naps. You fall into REM much faster during a nap.

      7. Don't give up!

      Hope that helps some.
      Are you dreaming?
