      ta-dah!

      Hello you sleepers and dreamers!

Hmm, I wonder if I should have lurked a bit longer before registering here… Well, here I am anyway, hehe.
Found this lovely forum a few days ago after reading a book that inspired me to look for strangers' dreams in the internet. Also, for quite a while now, I've been thinking about starting a dream journal again – it's been more than 10 years since I had one.

Googling around made me realise a DJ isn't enough, I also need to start practicing LDs! Joining this community hopefully helps me to get this 'new hobby' started properly. I have a bad habit of just thinking to do things, instead of actually doing the things I think.

I have had some lucid dreams before. Back then I didn’t think they were anything special, but just those normal absurdities that happens when you're asleep. I'm pretty sure, though, that now when I knowingly want to have them… haha, we'll see!

Yeah. It's been lovely to read your dreams and discussions. I should actually go to sleep now.

(the book I mentioned was House of Day, House of Night by Olga Tokarczuk)

Nah, you don't ever have to lurk around. to the forum!
It's cool that you've had LDs before, it should help you now. You're obviously in another time zone, going to bed now. Well then, sweet dreams (or should I say, lucid dreams )

      Thankyou thankyou

Life's a bit grey and rainy in Finland now.
I hope it's all good in your corner of world too!

      Finland reminds me of Nightwish

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
