Question Hi Amature WILDer, Problem separating

Hi ive been on Dreamviews for about a year, but i recently started to take it seriously.
I had previously thought that sleep paralysis was a disorder as it happened to me quite frequently and was accompanied by strange vibrations in my head that scared the love of God out of me. After discovering that i could control the vibrations and come out of it at will, I became less fearful and decided to research on it only to discover that it was a blessing in disguise. I tried to convince a Christian friend that it IS NOT A DEMON ATTACKING him, but he takes no mind. since then I have had about 8 LD's of which 2 were as long as 5 mins. now a days I try to WILD as much as i can, the only thing that prevents me is that i find it difficult to separate from my body when the vibrations start. it feels like i am stuck no matter how hard i push off. I also find it difficult to remember my dreams even though i keep a dream journal. any help?

      Welcome(Back!) to Dreamviews!

If you want to convince your friend you'll need a little background info first. Explain to him clearly that Sleep Paralysis, these vibrations, are normal and nearly everyone experiences them at night. The only thing is most people usually don't remember the experience, because usually by the time Sleep Paralysis begins we're so far into falling asleep that we're not conscious enough to remember. Explain that the reason it happens is simple, as we fall asleep the brain sends a chemical throughout our entire body to paralyze our muscles. It does this so that we don't act out while dreaming. Its a protection mechanism.

Now, as for the WILD, Sleep Paralysis is a marker in the method, not the final part. Once you hit SP, you know you're close but you're not quite there yet! You might want to check out some of the WILD tutorials on here. Be sure to check out the

Hope these help you out! Good luck, and Happy Dreaming!
