Hey everyone, cheers for the kind welcomes.

i really cant wait to have a LD...i know it will be an amazing experiance. ill be content if i have to wait 2 months to LD but what im reading so far, im hoping for a month. oooh i cant wait haha.

how long does it take to get your dream recall at a good level (1 per night)....well, is it a hard thing to 'train' yourself to do?
i havent remembered a dream in about 2 weeks but i remember the last dream i had like it was real so im hoping thats a good sign that after i train myself to recall them better ill be able to do it well.

i was looking at the MILD technique...of what ive read so far (not a geat deal) im thinking that this is one of the easiest methods??? although i know it deffers from person to perrson.
well thats it for now. cheers again for the replys

      Peace

      Hey Matt,

I myself am new to the experience of LDing. So far the best I can do with regularity is Sleep Parlysis, which from what I've gathered is a good start. But I just wanted to say welcome (granted I've never been to Ausie land), hope you have better success than me.

      Best of luck,
      Adam

After just my first day of actually trying, i was remembering my dreams every night.
Start a dream journal if you haven't already. That will help your recall a lot
Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
