      Hypnologic Imagery Question

How do you focus on your imagery? I have been playing around with WILD and I can focus in two different ways and get some results. However, whenever I have seen HI I'm not sure in what way I was focusing. It almost felt like I was focusing in both ways.

The first way I can focus is by what feels like focusing through my eyes. I still get some imagery, but my eyes have this unfortunate habit of crossing so they can focus in closer. And the imagery is very rudimentary and isn't very clear. Usually swirling white, but as I've read that somewhat sounds like imagery most people see. Perhaps there's too much light in the room and my eyes can detect it through my eyelids.

The second way is by imagining something in my head; like one would do in a day dream. I think about what I want to see and it fades in, but from a place that feels very deep in my head. Like a second pair of eyes. If I concentrate hard it can prove to be rather clear. This would seem like the right place to focus, but I'm not sure because it's rather difficult to focus on and many of the WILD tutorials I've found talk about relaxing and maintaining a more meditative state of mind. Which would explain my failure thus far.

How do you guys see the HI? And how clear is it?

Also I've had some experiences lately where I was very stoned and felt almost a sort of aura that I was in a lucid dream. Of course I wasn't (I hope. >.> Creeeeeppyyyyy...) but I've been smoking for about 3 years now and have never felt such a thing and I thought it might be worth mentioning.
