I used to have vibrations and the loud *fingernails on the chalkboard* sounds when I had my first few WILDs, but sadly now I no longer feel vibrations, see patterns nor hear sounds. I miss them as they let me know I had entered mind awake/body asleep.

      PS.. love your avatar!
So what do you see now? Do you just suddenly snap into a dream without HI at all?

      P.S. Thanks.

Pretty much.. I just feel this "shift" or "warp" in consciousness and I'm suddenly lucid (no HI at all).
