Had a LD for about 3 sec

It was kinda weird. I had just walked about a mile to my car after school. I had just opened up the trunk of my car and my bag fell off my shoulders. I looked down and both the clips had broken on the straps.

Of course, my first thought was "Well that freakin sucks!" then I picked up my bag and the clips had somehow come back together. I figured that this was slightly odd and checked my watch...the second hand was moving backwards!! I realized that I was conscious and got really excited...Then I woke up

Cool. Congratz. So what was your first thought after you realized you were dreaming? You must have gotten excited and woke yourself up?

Just keeping cool helps me. When I had my LD I kept calm even though I was just launched like a rocket for some reason (pressure on all sides during thisand then went on to fly through halls picking up items such as tubas, DS lites, etc. using telekinesis. It lasted for about 30 secs, then I got bored and woke up.

I had this problem for quite a while, but it seems it just went away

Hope the same happens to you.

As long as you try to keep the excitement to a minimum, you can generally get your dreams to last longer. so no

Awesome man, good job on the RC! With time you will learn to prolong dreams and experience wonderful lucid dreams.

I wouldn't worry too much in the beginning, lucid dreaming is like sex - at first it can suck, but the more practice at it the better you get - and there are of course those that are just good from the start, but a lot of people get better with time

      Enjoy your stay
