You had paralysis in the dream? I don't think that's SP, it's probably some kind of "dream malfunction". SP is what makes your physical body paralysed, not your dream body.

If your dream body is paralysed, you'll have to get creative to solve the problem - it's just a matter of dream control. Try teleporting, or doing some kind of dream-AP to transfer your consciousness into another DC or something.

Hmmm, i don't really get what your saying and i don't want to misiterpret it, but i'll go ahead on what i think it means.

When your lucid, if you go into SP i think the best course of action is to stay in the position but make it your primary goal to drift back into the dream, i know what you mean though, it has happened to me in nightmares, i will have a nightmare, realise its not right, then i'll just sort of drift out. So its normal, my guess is that when you become lucid you get excited and drift out of the dream a bit, so the best course of action would be to just focus on getting back into the dream as soon as you fall into SP. Don't see it as a negative though, see it as progression and an opportunity. Keep in there, you will get better at it, don't see these things as a wrong turning, think of it as a window of opportunity, because it is.

Anyways if you want anymore help or want to talk about this, please do drop me a PM

Sleep paralysis, is when you cannot move your real body. If you cannot move you dream body ... Actually i am repeating what was written in previous post.

Describe it a little more precisely. What happened in your dream? You couldnt move within your dream, or you were awake and couldnt move?

Yeah, does spinning at the verge on SP help enter it?
I find I either start looking at the shapes with my eyes or just stay awake at the verge of it happening.
      Any ideas on this?
