      Dream Characters' Mind Games

      Thanks to my subliminal audio cassette that I play every morning, I usually always start to become lucid.. UNTIL a dream character comes along and tries their hardest to convince me I am not dreaming.. and they usually always WIN and I forget I am dreaming! Anyways, my question is...WHY DO DREAM CHARACTERS GO TO SUCH EXTENSIVE LENGHTS TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE NOT DREAMING? IT'S NOT LIKE WE ARE LOSING ANY SLEEP BY REALIZING WE ARE DREAMING! I HATE HOW DREAM CHARACTERS ALWAYS TRICK ME! LOL

      Dear Steele:
      I don't think Dream Character's do this on purpose. They actually think it is "real life", so when you suddenly realize you are in a dream, they get frustrated and try to convince you otherwise. lol. I know it's frustrating, but you must not get discouraged because without dream characters, dreams would be rather bland in the first place!

      Yeah, DCs are like real people. If you went up to a person in real life, and told them that they were in a dream, they'd think you're crazy. They'd probably try to tell you that it's not true, that this is real life.

      As far a DCs are concerned the dream is real life. They're reacting just like real people would.

      Don't worry steelerzrockin, once you become a more experienced lucid dreamer, you can have TONS of fun with these stubborn dream characters! When I'm lucid and a dream character tries to convince me that I am not dreaming, I turn him or her into a Madagascar Hissing Cockroach and step on them! However, one time the I missed the cockroach and it crawled up my leg and I got so scared I lost lucidity. LOL.
      Anyways, what I'm trying to say, is that it's a good thing that Dream Characters are so convinced that the dream is real, it's fun arguing with them!

      DC's are what you make them. If you expect them to try to ruin a dream for you they will try. If you think they will try to kill you then they will try. DC's are not real people they are an object in your dream that your subconcious created. Whats nice is when you relize this you can get your inner self to make any DC or thing you want.
