Your eyes are used to moving round A LOT throughout the day, and maybe they're wanting to do the same at night . Just try opening your eyes in the dark and letting them adjust for a while, then try again. |

Hi. Maybe I will not tell you the right words. I have not experienced WILD. But i have one question according to it. Why do people not try WILD when they are going to sleep at maybe 10 p.m? Why always after interrupted sleep? Is it about the length of the rem period? If so, than what comes when you move into sleep paralysis just after you go to bet for the first time? Does hypnagogic imagery come? |

People do try to WILD when they first go to sleep and it can work that way. A lot of people find it easier after around 5 hours sleep because that is when you are in your longest REM period, as you suggested. It is also easier to do then because your body is still half asleep, therefore allowing you to slip into SP quicker. |
