Plz. Help. I just stopped coming paralysis. Fuu. Bad feeling

Hello friends. here. If you read my latest post. You probably know, i got to sleep maybe about 20 minutes before. I decided to make some relaxation. That worked well. The breath was unstable first, so I continued with relaxation further and it moved and I could finally breath withouth controll. Such a superb feeling. No longer controlling the breath. After some time, I moved into position where I actually usually get asleep. Now I told myself. I will be an observer {first time in my life}.
So I was lying still. First five minutes or so... nothing happened. But then my feeling of body moved into only one hand and some corpus {i dont know how to explain that} consisting only from my breathing aparatus. My consciousness was concentrated on breathing only. {superb}. But then something started to change. It felt colder. It was like a wave. I felt I am suddenly losing my body. Uff. That feeling was immense. I knew it would come. I thought. What if I couldnt breathe. And then stopped it all. Turned on my notebood and writing this with my shaking hands. I will be online maybe a half an hour.

Suggestions or maybe some advice welcome.
      Thanx friends.

That was the onset of relaxation, which leads into sleep paralysis. It can be kinda of a weird feeling, at first, but don't fight it. If your mind begins to stay conscious while your body shuts down, you will often feel a wave of numbness radiate through your body. (It's actually quite nice, if you are expecting it). Don't let it freak you out and just go with it. If you try to do a Wake Induced Lucid Dream, you will often pass through this stage anyway. It's nothing to be afraid of.

Also, you will feel your breathing begin to become slow and shallow, but this is not dangerous. It is just the onset of your body shutting down and going to sleep. It happens to you every night, you often just aren't conscious to enough to experience it.

      Hope this helps.

But, I do have to ask (so I don't get ahead of myself), when you said "breathing aparatus," what did you mean? Are you ill and have to use a machine or something to breathe?

No, no, no... I am not ill. I am not native english speaker. I meant trachea, but couldnt find the right word for it.
Thank you for helping me again. I will try not to stop that process now. I will report, if something comes. Or if i directly fall asleep.

Oh, ok. Sorry I misunderstood the trachea thing. Whenever I hear/see "breathing apparatus," I think of S.C.U.B.A. gear. Haha.

But, yeah, you're welcome. It's a normal process. Just try to relax yourself through it.

Sounds good. Just after I moved to bed, my friend came from party drunk, interrupting me on my second attempt. I told myself ... well it happens. But then he started his notebook and started to watch television. OK. I lied still. And thenn....... He started to snore. And that really made me from balance. You could only assume what happened. No SP, no relaxation, but the sleep was all corrupt.

BTW. Always when I try this kind of evening relaxation, I cant sleep well that night. No dreams, just lying in a bed and tossing about.

      What can cause this?

Another question. Do you always manage to move into SP at the evening? And what if it doesnt work? How do you fall asleep then?

And the last one. Does it take long till you move from relaxation phase into SP and is it continous process or do you find yourself suddenly paralysed. How it feels when the paralysis comes? I know... waves of numbness. Thats true. They come especially with breathing out {as for what I felt}. But is there a major difference between SP and relaxated state. You know what I mean. Is there a leap from relaxed to paralysed?

And one more.... When I tried the relaxation, my mouth started to water. I had to chew to swallov. What was this? Is it natural or just a measure of my unexperienced consciousnes to stop whats natural?

Thank you for responding my {mostly lengthy} questions.

      Hi again.

My experimentations continue. Every week. I am training sleep paralysis. Relaxation too. Here are the results of my latest night. I lied myself on my back, and then I started some relaxation. This time, I wasnt worried about what comes, becouse it came slowly and I was happy trying. The technique I used was about doing nothing whatever happens. Not to move my body. That was what I told myself. after some time, the relaxation came. It was convenient. My question would be: Does the sleep paralysis come each time? Even when the mind isnt awake? What I achieved each time was, I could move. Yess the body was relaxed, but not paralysed. How long does it take you to move into sleep paralysis?

      Thanx for your words.

      Andy
