      Frustrating WILD..

So my problem with WILD is not entering SP, What happens to me is this:
-Im laying in bed waiting for SP to kick in, when it does I always feel a sikning sensation and im doing OK, I hear strange noises like when you turn on your t.v. and Im still ok. My problem is that when im at this point, I dont see any HI and after 30 sec im back to normal and can feel my muscles again. Its like I just go on SP and im back in no time, SP goes away. Btw I dont feel any scared so its not becouse im to exited or scared im always calm. But whehn youre at SP what do I have to do? Remain my mind blank? or "daydream" or concentrate or something? you tell me

Are you WBTBing before your WILD attempt? If you're not, doing so should help you a lot since it makes it much easier to get into the paralysis, hynogogia, and dreaming states.

are you getting at least 4 hours of sleep....that could be one reason and are you moving at all, like swallowing or moving you eyes...because that could be a reasone why your losing it.

If your getting the right amount of sleep everything.. My advice (from my two successful WILD's) Is when you enter SP try and create a dream scene... At first it may not work, but persist... But I may be wrong.
