Thread: Remembering Lucid Dreams???

Yes, I remember all of my lucid dreams. One time I lost the middle of one, but I think its because I lost lucidity (I remember losing it at the end of the first fragment).

Yeah, lucid dreams always are very vivid and easily recalled for me. Probably because most were induced with a B6 vitamin and it was close to sunrise.

I read somewhere that after you wake from an LD you shouldn't go back to sleep otherwise you'll only remember it as clearly an unusually vivid dream. I usually don't have the willpower for that though as I really want to get back to dreaming lol. But even though I remember my LDs pretty clearly, they aren't as clear as like remembering what happened yesterday irl as I've heard some people describe, so that idea may have some merit.

Sometimes I don't remember my lucid dreams as clearly as vivid non-LDs because in most non-LDs I'm caught up in some crazy bizarre plot in a surreal world so I wake up remembering all the strange details. In lots of LDs once I become lucid the dream becomes almost mundane because I'm just exploring surroundings and looking around (I'm not very good at controlling dreams yet when lucid) so there's less crazyness and surreality to remember.

I don't know where I read "Lucid dreams are easier to remember, but as forgettable as any other dream".

At least to me it has sense

The Dream Recall tutorial mentions that LDs aren't easier to remember, that's probably where you read that.

I sometimes wake up and reenter a dream.

Reentering a lucid dream, and it becoming a non-lucid dream (and vice-versa), is so trippy for me.

whenever i have any they come in pairs of twos dream, realize im dreaming,lucid, FA,lucid end.... I can usually remember all of it. But i like wilding the most....you can remember more

I'm with Clairity on this one. I have pretty good recall but usually if I don't record the dream after it happens (normal dreams), it's gone. I find that my Lucid Dreams are much more memorable than my regular dreams...like they take priority. Plus I am so very excited over some of my lucid experiences that even should I forget to record it immediately after it happens it usually is still just as vivid of a memory in the morning while my normal dreams are not.
