      New here

      Hi everyone I'm Maydelin. I've been watching this forum for a while now and decided to join
      I've had a couple of LDs, all of them started in my room and somehow I just "knew" I was dreaming..But last night something else happened I had my first LD in which I wasn't in my room, I was in my old high school and when I saw how skinny and different I was I knew right there that I was dreaming. I tried not to get too excited and started walking around and talked to an old highschool teacher but then everything started fading and I woke up
      Hopefully next time it'll last longer because it felt amazing!!

      Welcome to Dreamviews, nevaeh.

      I'm also quite new to Lucid Dreaming, and just thought i'd share with you that one of my first experiences was also in my old high school. I was walking around and saw all these uniforms and people that i used to know and immediately knew it was a dream. Unfortunately it didnt last long so I didnt get to talk to anyone as you did

      That happens to me too. Most of my LDs have been from certain places around the house. It doesn't make sense because logically it's not out of the ordinary, but who knows. Like I always say writing a dream journal really helps, if you have the time that is.
