      Lucid Dreaming, eh?

I've known about it for a long time now -- i've had quite a few, but have never been able to control them!

Anyways, off to my introduction: I'm a college kid extremely interested in LD, and i'm glad to be here

      Welcome.

Interest in LDs is a great way to induce them. And if you have them more often, they can become more vivid and controllable.

I first started having full-length LDs when I was a college kid. But I haven't kept up the hobby, so until recently I was only having them every once in a great while, usually only in the event of some nightmares and sexual dreams.
-LD Count since rejoining in Dec. 2009: 21

No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.

      Welcome, b12!

Sounds like you have a good head start. I think the more you read about Lucid dreaming and having it on your mind, the better chance you'll have in having more LDs. And I see you have started a dream journal. I think that's the thing that has helped me most. It gives me a good incentive to remember my dreams each morning. I feel like my dreams are more vivid because if it.

I agree with interspacecadet-- control comes with practice, and the more LDs you have, the more chances you'll have to practice.

Good luck. Stick with it, and I know you'll find your dream control improving...
