Try to figure out what you do when you have a lucid dream. Did you go to bed early, try a certain technique, eat a certain food, play a certain game? If you find that you've done something almost every time you've become lucid, try doing that again. |

I've had 6 LD's as of last night, so I know I have the ability to become lucid SOMETIMES, but I can't do it regularly and consistently. Does anyone have any tips on how I can make myself more consistent? |

I'm proud to say that I do keep a journal. I think one thing that could really help is better reality checking. I've only had one where a wierd thing actually triggered my "WTF" response. My others everything was mundane and normal, but I somehow got lucid anyway. But I think Webmaster's idea could be on to something. I'll give it a try. |

Better reality checking? Or more frequent reality checking? |

I'm having more trouble finding my dream signs than I used to have actually becoming lucid. So far I haven't noticed any recurring elements or themes in any of my dreams. The closest thing I have to a dream sign is that sometimes when I have a dream where guns are involved, there is something odd about them most of the time. But these only happen once in a blue moon. I frequently dream about being at work, but everything is normal most of the time. I'm gonna be journaling for a LONG TIME before I find any dream signs. |
