a while back i posted i had a lucid dream, i've had several normal dreams since then and only relised i was a dream after i woke up
this has been a little frustrating that i didnt relise it was a dream in the dream, especially the fact some dreams where at place's i had no reason to be at (my old school i was at 2 years ago)

is there any way to try and force your self to subconsciously remember your in a dream when you are asleep

please help
