It's possible to realise that you are dreaming and then forget later on in the dream. It's still lucid none the less, all you need to do is remind yourself that it's a dream every now and then just to keep your lucidity topped up. |

Don't know if this has been said already but alot of beginners will forget lose lucidity and the dream will continue, a way to stop this from happening is to keep reminding yourself you are dreaming. |
