      Balla, trying again

Hey folks. I signed up for Dreamviews during the summer. I made a huge effort to have Lucid Dreams, but never could get any "real" ones. I had a few close encounters though. So, I guess I'm going to put in another try, because if LDs are what they're cracked up to be, I DEFINITELY want to be able to do them! I'm just worried about failure again, and I don't want to have to be so damn commited like I used to be, always checking my watch, etc.

Do you have good dream recall? You might be having lucid dreams and not remembering them.

Actually, I haven't remembered a dream in a while. I'm going to start using a journal again TONIGHT. Woo!

PwnDanZor, you certainly don't want to start your lucid journey worrying about failing!!

Commitment is a good thing.. just don't become obsessed.

Hi there and welcome to Dream Views.

Stay positive. It was a lesson I had to learn as well. Believe you'll succeed and you will. Something as simple as chatting with someone about your dreams everyday will increase your recall and with that comes upped chances of getting lucid. THere are also different kinds of reality checks to choose from. Find another and give that a spin for a while.

      Good luck getting some lucidity.
      See you around.
