      That's GREAT! lol. It's like your subconscious is fighting it

      WILDing is a pretty advanced technique, it takes a lot of practice...are you doing a WBTB in combination with a WILD? Because if not, it'll take you forever to get into a dream state, and by then you'll be sick of laying there and probably get distracted. Also the waking from your dreams when you finally get them is definately distraction/excitement. You have to learn to calm yourself.

      And to remember your dreams better, your dream journal helps. Also each night, say to yourself "i will remember my dreams."

      The problem with the door -- just do reality checks every time something seems strange or unreal instead of focusing on doing them every time you walk through a door.

      To b12,
      The 1st wild i did(and went the farthest in) was around 8 pm, the ones after that have been at 10 pm, midnight, then several when i woke up in the middle of the night like 5-6:30 am-and obviously this is spaced over several days.
