      taking control

As a teenager i play video games, well i played this zombie game and that night i dreamt of a zombie outbreak, but when the zombie came close i just said stop dont eat me and go away and it did lol.. i think in a nightmare your own fear makes it worse if you just say stop it will

Im not sure about that. I have had a dream where i was getting chased by thing white thing around my house. I asked my mom what to do. She said to guess its weight. it worked, but i think if you want to make "good" out of your nightmare, you just have to stay calm and focus on what you should do. Just like a video game. Think of the objective. And you know that girl that always tells you what to do in shooting games???? In nightmares, you have to be her.

Hey guys, I'm back. Feels good man

You just have to be confident and know you're in control and it'll all be fine. If you're scared, you're not thinking of your objective as clearly. Even when I don't have lucid dreams I'm always pretty much in control.
But man, zombie dreams are the greatest, even when I get bitten, I just rise up and be a zombie, albeit with super powers, not like a shambler. Nothing like taking a blunt object to a slackjaw's head as it tries to bite you.
