Hi my name is Alex and i come from Idaho and im 18 years old, ive been looking into lucid dreams since i can remember and hope to find out some useful information from here and share my experiences. ive always looked at lucid dreams as a way of escape from reality, and or be able to do things i wouldnt be able to do in reality, like fly jet planes/space ships, fantasy/magic, drive tanks/mechs. Anyways ive looked into techniques and guides to lucid dreaming and never really got to far in knowing when im dreaming and what to do when im aware of this. One thing ive noticed is when i have nightmares and they get to scary for me to handle i realize that, im only dreaming and i either wake myself up or till just recently have been able to change whats going on. I think this is do to having repetitive nightmares when i was a kid. well hope to talk to you guys some more, and learn another universe in dreaming.
