Angry Dream Carry-over problems

i remember to do things in the day, like i will tell myself to do a reality check, do it and try to remember it at night, and when I say that i will remember my dream in the morning by staying still and thr rest of that teqnique, but i still don't remember to do it. I really wanr to have a lucid real bad, but i am having trouble Any help?

You could try a FILD ...

1. Wake up 5-6 hours into your sleep
2. Turn alarm off
3. Move your two fingers up and down ever so slightly ( your index finger and your middle one )
4. Dont think off anything while doing this
5. After about 1 minute of moving your fingers up and down do a Reality Check

Worked for me before

Yeah, jumping on Selmuir's coat tails, maybe you should try something else if you've been struggling with this technique for a while.

And try not to get frustrated. I know it's hard not to but quell that frustration and replace it with some positive thought. Negativity can make it harder to get lucid.

My only suggestion is to do a WBTB MILD, with me it works 100% of the time when I do it correctly

Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it

Okay, the greatest RC you can have is a clock. When you're dreaming, hope that there is a clock somewhere. It will suddenly move, and you'll know you're dreaming. Worked for me a ton.

Also, WBTB is the easiest method of producing LDs.
