Trying to stay awake for 30-90 minutes....

I fell asleep 6 hours ago and I just woke up. I set my alarm in hopes of remembering a dream. I have no luck with that, but I managed to get myself out of bed. I think I'm going to try a WILD for fun... but I might just end up doing a WBTB. Anyone want to help me stay awake? lol

Go outside, I don't think your going to fall asleep out on the sidewalk.

I'm really interested in going back to bed in exactly 11 minutes. because that is exactly thirty. Should i stay up MORE then 30 to be safe? My dream recall already sucks but the last time I remembered a dream I accidentally did a WBTB. I had no clue about any of this dreaming stuff and I woke up at 8 a.m. and fell back asleep at 9 after driving somewhere in my car. And I remember that dream extremely clearly. Maybe I will get lucky again today. I figure why not try it?

Quickly skim through some dream journals before you go to bed. It'll help you get into dreaming mode.

Haha. My problem is I just started doing this two nights ago and I havn't remembered a single dream yet. Maybe I will just skim through yours or something . I'm kidding. I think I'm going to sit down and think really hard about what I dreamt about lol. It sometimes comes to me that way

Go ahead and skim through my journal if you want, anyone's for that matter. There is always a good degree of freakiness happening somewhere in the dream journal section.

And if you're just starting don't get discouraged. Keep at it. Recall will come if you make it a priority and practice.

Well I managed to remember my dreams after all this! If you want to read its http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=48025 I'm really surprised it worked. I NEVER remember my dreams but first try with a WBTB and I remembered
