      Welcome to the forum

Hrm this could be either of a few things, it could be a FA (false awakening) where you are in a dream and dream that you have woken up and see this stuff.

Or it could be where you woke up too quckly and your body hasn't adjusted to this. So you have HI where you see things like shapes, people, objects ect. If you couldn't move then you were still in sleep paralysis.

Hello Darabit and a big WELCOME to Dreamviews.

The answer may be that during your dreaming you opened your eyes at some stage and viewed the real world. I have had this happen a couple of times. I was unable to move my eyes or body (SP) but was able to see everything in my viewing field clearly. It was during an afternoon nap and I could see out the window as well. I was in a LD and when I closed my eyes again went back to the LD and was able to control it. Opened my eyes and saw the bedroom and window view again. I memorised everything I could see and when I woke up, everything I had memorised was there so I have no doubt whatsoever that I had actually opened my eyes during the sleep, dream and LD.

Like to hear if this is what you could have experienced?

Regards, best wishes and again, Welcome to Dreamviews. Hope you enjoy you stay with us.
