      Hi there

I just wanted to say hi, I'm not exactly "new" but I kinda dropped out of this when life got way too busy, but now it's slowing down i'm going to try and do this again.... I remember a bit about LDing and I got lucid once.... but before I could finish the thought "Woooo i'm lucid!" I woke up. and now my dream recall is back at square one again...

      *pulls out notebook*

Time to start trying to recall dreams again.

      Nice to be back.

Welcome back. I am glad to see you have the time to focus on yourself a bit more now.

Take it easy, kick back, and relax, mate.

Have you kept a dream journal before?

Yeah, Filled up about 25 pages, I've moved since then and lost it though. I just read through a bunch of tutorials again and stuff, most of it is coming back to me.

Funny though.... I thought I had more than 8 posts here o_O

      I must have lurked alot.

Perhaps your old account was purged.

Do you have any favored techniques..?

Well I like the nose pinch as a reality check, Can never really form a habit around anything else, It's also what gave me my first 10 second LD

I tried a WILD once, got to a stage where I felt like I was falling through my bed... Then my cat jumped up and started walking around and blew it >_<

I'm hoping that this time i'll actually have a chance to get control of my dreams.

      Good luck to you.

I suggest dream induced lucid dreaming.
