Welcome. Anyway, Lucid dreaming is when you are dreaming and you know you are dreamin, so technically that was a lucid dreaming. Having a lucid dream every night is pretty much impossible without several years experience, and even then it probably won't happen. If you look on the home page, there are a bunch of topics that are addressed about lucid dreaming. Look those over, and if you have any more questions, feel free to contact me about them.

First off, welcome to DV egyption!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, sounds like an LD to me alright. And I agree with Death-Wuad, there's alot of helpful info on the main site. And it's not novel in length, just enough info to give you a good foundation and get you started.

In the meantime, just make yourself at home, and if you have any questions about anything at all, just email or PM me!

Glad to have you here egyptian!

      Welcome from me too, egyptian
I can't add much more really - but I find your 'I need some more of THAT stuff' attitude amusing
I think we all had that euphoric feeling the first time we did it and realised what it was we were doing..... some call it orgasmic...

An LD is being aware you are dreaming. So any dream that you are aware you are dreaming in, regardless of wether or not you can control it, counts as a Lucid Dream.

So, yes, you had a Lucid Dream. Congratulations.

      WELCOME!!!!!!!

As everyone else said, that was indeed a lucid dream. When you are lucid dreaming you don't always have complete control over the environment or over yourself. The higher the lucidity level, how aware you are that it is in fact a dream, the more control you will have. I do suggest you read our site and tutorials so you can learn more about what lucid dreaming is, and about induction methods you can use to attain the more often.

      See you around!
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
