      New guy here!

      Hi all!!
Well as you can see im bit noob in lucid dreamin and im looking for new ways to improve it! I am very interested in this since i read bout it and i've been wanting to try for a lot of time, being councious of a dream only once for a small lapse of time, which was wonderful
I've read stephen laberge's book and i had my dream diary, but now in university i dont have hardly time for this and ive lost all of my dream recall lol. I hope now i find ways in which i can start to recall again to start practising at christmas, with your help if u can lol.
See ya around and thx in anticipation!

      Hey!

      Welcome to Dream Views

I understand that time restrictions can be a bit of a issue but for the little effort its well worth it

I suggest checking out the tutorial sections there is some really good tips in there or you can just ask, everyone here is friendly and will be more then willing to help.

In terms of helping with recall I would suggest just thinking and repeating to yourself "i will remember my dreams" when you are going to sleep, also I would start up your DJ again.

Hi and welcome to Dream Views.

All i can say is that during your hectic schedule and the craziness of this season, at the very least try to go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. I know it's impossible sometimes but try to slip into a basic sleep routine. In my experience dreams come more easily if I stay on schedule.

Its great that you are keeping a dream journal! As everybody has said above time can be an issue but it is really worth the time. You should probably be having a lucid dream in no time anyway!

      Hello and a big Welcome.

Yep, the journal is important but so is reality checks. I always suggest a RC every half an hour and after a while it will become a habit which is what you want so that you automatically do one during a dream and presto, LD.
A simple one that I use that is inconspicious is trying to push my tongue through closed teeth.
Get these two basics going and a LD will come to you without trying.

      Best wished and again, Welcome.
