      Smile Introduction - SuiT

Hello, I'm new in this forum but I've followed Lding for 2 weeks because before all this I had a lucid dream, a dream in which I spend all the time jumping around with some kind of moonjumps and ability to change the whole cenario
I'm from Portugal and I'm getting really excited about LD and I'm actually keeping a Dreamjournal and my Dream recall is really increasing because before I could only remember on dream in one month or more and now I remember one almost all nights.
My actual problem is that when I start going to sleep, I imagine a scene, and when I am almost asleep, it starts to become vivid and to take form but I try to soon to control the dream and I wakeup, a thing that I need to work on .
I just wanted to say hi and that I'll start posting and frequenting this amazing forum I enjoy a lot this site and forum, you all did a very good work here.

Hello there and welcome to Dream Views.

Congrats on the increased dream recall, better recall = better chances at recalling any lucid dreams.

Don't try to go into a lucid state right when you lay down for the night, if that's what you're doing. It's recommended that you sleep for a few hours, wake for a bit and then go back to sleep with the intent to lucid dream. It's easier this way.

And thanks for the compliment on the site. We all do our part to make it the great place it is.

Good luck getting lucid and see you around.
