      Yes, lucid dream. It's common for newbie lucid dreamers to wake up when they gain lucidity, but it's temporarely, and you will eventually be able to stay in them, just give yourself some time. You are doing the right things. If you look in the Dream Control and Attaining Lucidity sections, you will find some good tips to stay in your lucid dreams. Rubbing your hands together is a good tip that works for lots of lucid dreamers. If you experiment a little, you will find techiques that work for you.

      Baaah, this thread totally reminded me that I had a lucid dream last night! It didn't last long. I only had time to fly around I think. Anyway, thanks thread!
