Personally, I find that lucid dreams are far easier to remember.. perhaps you need to work on your dream recall? You sure wouldn't want to forget all your LD's!!

As for melatonin/B6.... I seem to find that it causes my dreams to be a lot harder to remember for some reason. Either that or gives me dead sleep.
Its not meant to, I know.. but well, what can I say...
