      Hello Everybody, I'm New.

I had a plenty frightening experiences in the past 4 years with sleep paralysis and the electrical buzzing sounds in my ears, but recently I found out what it was and I went along with it and, I've had phenomenal experiences A friend of mines on msn and I share a few similarities I asked him for the link and I've joined I'd love to be around like minded people with out being called childish names such as crazy and weird-o I know what I saw and felt was real and after I confirmed to my self 2 years ago that it was real I stopped questing my sanity.

Now I believe that there are somethings of this earth that just are and cannot be scientifically explained, I'm now hoping to improve my skills I can get into the sleep paralysis sometimes but mostly I start loosing concentration.

      Hi Randy, welcome!

What do you mean when you say "get into the sleep paralysis"? Are you trying to induce a lucid dream from there?

      to Dreamviews, Randy!

If you want to improve your lucid dreaming skills, you have come to the right place!

There are several methods to induce lucids, one of which it the way you describe--but there are also others, which you may find easier. The tutorial secton would be a good place to learn about them.

If you have any questions, let us know.
