Envying those who can LD frequently

Hello all, just signed up today. I am 30 yo male from Queensland, Australia.

I can only ever remembering having two LDs in my life. The first, I was not sure what was happening and so chose to wake up instead of continuing the dream. A few weeks prior to the second, I got to wondering if I could see images like I was seeing them with my own eyes. So when I got the LD, I chose not to ruin it like I did the first time.

In the dream, I was travelling on a bus on a road that I hadn't driven on for a long time. So when I realized I was dreaming, I had a good look around and outside the bus at the landscape to prove to myself that I was seeing an actual image. I soon realized that I was seeing a genuine image, and so once I proved it I just let the dream take it's natural course and woke up after a little while.

I would love to be able to LD again, but have not been able to since the above.

      to DreamViews, Boosted!

It's a good sign that you have had LD's on your own. If you start reading and practicing, I'm sure you'll be able to do it again before too long.

Basic things are good recall--so a dream journal helps, recognizing dream signs, and doing reality checks.

Let us know if you have questions. Good luck!

I dare claim you have, but you forgot about them.. You even forgot that you forgot about them..

Start with recall.. The time you did recall it, you woke up in a special way, probably..

      Mind it!
