      Hello!

      Hi, I am new to lucid dreaming

      Is there a way to start it fairly quickly. I don't mean tonight just like in a week.
      And how many times can you lucid dream in a month? Is it rare or can you do it everynight when you ''master'' it.

      Yes, but its a lot harder. Dream journals don't only help you recognize what your dreams are like, they greatly help you remember your dreams. So if you don't keep a dream journal, you're a lot more likely to forget a lucid dream, even if you had one.
