Hey all, it's a newbie!

Hi,
I'm Yelizaveta (Elizabeth in real life, but I figure I can use my real name here since no one will have to pronounce it, haha), and reeaally excited to try having an LD. I just read Hargart's FILD method and figure I can try it before going to sleep tonight since i'll be really tired after the New Year's revelry. It sounds great! I have a few questions though,
I have had a lot of false awakenings in the past, it's dropped off somewhat this year,
but does the fact that i have false awakenings mean i'm more likely to have an LD?
Also, I've started a dream journal, the link is in my sig!
So yeah, just saying hi! Can't wait to meet and talk to you all, and share my first LD!

Elizabeth, I'm glad you decided to join us!

Having false awakenings can be very helpful in lucid dreaming.. just do a reality check the next time you think your having one.

hey, i'm not bulgarian, but I am russian. I was born in Kharkov, Ukraine, but my name in america was changed to its english form, elizabeth. I think yelizaveta is more beautiful and suits me better.

I agree, people should keep their original names, no matter where they are. If I go to the US everyone will probably call me Steve.
