      is swearing allowed here?

Hi. I'm new. I also post on another LD forum, but this one is more expansive so I joined and am looking forward to learning more knowledge on esoteric things.

I believe that swearing is allowed, just please don't use it like an interjection every other word.

I'd say the odd "fuck" is allowed, but not "fucking this and fucking that"

      Ya get me?

I'm not staff though, I don't know the outline

      Welcome to the forum mate.

I'm rubbish at swearing, like the member 'Bro' menisoned once, how I tend to say "Fuck", "Fucking", "Twat", and "Wanker" most of the time. I don't really want to work on that though, lol.

      Hi!

      Welcome on board.

Swearing is allowed but should be used sparingly. We pride ourselves on being a pretty intelligent and enlightened bunch, and there are plenty of other words that can be used.

One thing that is not allowed is attackes on members or their posts, so if you are planning on doing so, then please don't. Attacks of this sort are the main reason bans happen here.

My advice, and experience is that not swearing is usually better.

....Unless you drop a cyber brick on your toe - Swearing out loud will reduce the pain, probably.

It shouldn't be, but unfortunately it is.

a.nomad, I'm glad you decided to join us!

As for swearing, that's kind of a strange thing to ask about in your first posting. I will tell you that people will respond more positively to your posts if you can state what you mean without swearing.

You might want to review the Newbie Zone Guide for helpful information about this site: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=36723

You may also want to check out the Tutorials forum which contains information on the various lucid dreaming techniques and other helpful information: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25.

If you should have any questions, please ask and we'll do our best to get you answers.

      Welcome to Dream Views!

You don't have a reason for existence yet do you?

      Alas... you are here.

Very random, somewhat old necro, but a necro nonetheless.
